Product shipping timing
Merchandise will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. However, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays may take up to 7 days.
*Shipping will be suspended during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon holidays, and temporary holidays. Please note that it will be shipped after the holidays.
In addition, depending on the stock status, it may take time to ship. In that case, we will contact you in advance.

For photo download products, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and an e-mail with instructions on how to download the product (including the download link for the purchased product). Please download the photo from the product download guide email or the order details page.
