Order flow
1. Confirmation of purchased products
Please confirm the quantity and price of the product you wish to purchase before proceeding to the purchase procedure. However, it is not possible to purchase merchandise and photo download products at the same time. If you would like to purchase both, please place separate carts.
*Product sales items can only be purchased by those living in Japan. Please note.
2.Delivery address designation
Please enter your contact information (email address), shipping address or billing address.
3.Select delivery method
Please select your preferred shipping method.
*If you purchase a photo download product, you do not have a choice of delivery method.
4. Select payment method and billing address
Payment method is credit card only. Please enter the information required for payment. Please select the billing address that matches the credit card you use. Click "Pay Now" to confirm your order. Please be sure to confirm the order after confirming that there are no errors in the entered information. If there is an error in the entered information, please correct it.
5.Confirm order
Your order is complete. An automatic reply email will be sent to the address you entered when ordering.
Until the product arrives
In the case of merchandise products, you will receive two emails from the sales site before the product arrives. This is an automatic reply email automatically sent from the server when you place an order, and a product shipment email notifying you of the tracking number at the time of shipment. In the event of an irregularity (order entry error, stock shortage, etc.), we will contact you each time.
1. You will receive an order confirmation email
An email containing your order.
2. You will receive a shipping email
This is an email notifying you that the product has been shipped from our company. We will also send you an inquiry number (baggage slip number) that allows you to check the shipment status of the product.
3. Product delivery
You will receive the product you ordered. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but if there is a defect in the delivered product, or if you receive a different product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Our staff will respond according to the situation.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive it and it is returned, we will resend it by cash on delivery, so please contact us from the inquiry.

How to download photos
In the case of photo download products, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and an e-mail with instructions on how to download the product (with the download link for the purchased product). Please download from the product download guide email or the order details page.
